Call with your order from 9am - 9pm daily
When ordering please have item# and item description ready for each.
After an order is placed it will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent detailing all items ordered, taxes, and S&H charges. Shipping and handling charges will be priced according to size and weight of package to be shipped. We suggest you print out this email message when you receive it.
We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone - your account will not be charged until your order is shipped. When ordering using a card please have all of your information ready - names, addresses, phone numbers, gift card information, and email contact.
We can also accommodate check by mail - once we have received the check we will proceed with the order. Your check must be accompanied by the following information:

We will also accept money orders and certified checks - please include above information. Please do not send cash.
Once an order is taken and the email confirmation is sent, you can expect a 4 -6 week shipment of your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Please notify us immediately if an order arrives damaged. We will replace it within 4 - 6 weeks.
Note: the art that is produced by Green Mantle Studio is hand-made and there is a likelyhood that a replacement piece will not be identical to the first.
